The YES/NO confirmation request adds friction but good friction. Prospects who confirm are significantly more likely to show up. Prospects who reschedule are still engaged they are not no-shows, they are rescheduled.

If using Calendly: Configure Calendly's reminder emails (built-in). Add a Calendly ? n8n or Make integration to trigger WhatsApp reminders in addition to email. WhatsApp reminders are more effective than email for Indian buyers.
