What AEO services genuinely cost in Mumbai in 2026 — the real scope differences, what drives price, and what should be included in a proper AEO engagement.

The honest AEO cost picture

AEO services cost is typically scoped alongside broader SEO content work rather than as a fully isolated service — since AEO is fundamentally a structural discipline applied to content already being produced — meaning the genuine incremental cost of AEO specifically is often the additional research and restructuring time required, layered on top of standard content production cost.

Why AEO is rarely priced as a fully standalone service

AEO is, by its nature, a structural approach applied to content — question-based headings, calibrated answer blocks, FAQ schema — that genuinely requires the underlying content to already exist or be produced.
